Unu, kabartma tozunu ekleyip kulak memesi yumuşaklığında bir hamur elde ediyoruz.&lt;br /&gt;Şekil verip, 150 derece fırında çok kızartmadan pişiriyoruz. Süsleme glazürü ile süslüyoruz. Sosumuz hazır; içine bisküitler kırılır, ceviz vb malzemeler de katılarak iyice karıştırılır.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Üzerindeki süslemeler el yordamı; ancak ayıcık ve ren geyiği silikon kalıpla hazırladım; Pudra şekeri&lt;br /&gt;1 adet yumurta&lt;br /&gt;3/4 çay kaşığı kabartma tozu&lt;br /&gt;1/4 çay kaşığı tuz&lt;br /&gt;1 çorba kaşığı süt&lt;br /&gt;1 paket vanilya&lt;br /&gt;Alabildiği kadar Un&lt;br /&gt;2-3 çorba kaşığı kakao&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Zencefilli Halka&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 çay kaşığı toz zencefil&lt;br /&gt;Üzerini süslemek için Dolmalık fıstık&lt;br /&gt;1 yumurta akı &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Portakallı çikolatalı yıldızlar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 portakal kabuğu rendesi&lt;br /&gt;1/2 paket portakal kabuğu şekerlemesi&lt;br /&gt;Sütlü veya bitter kuvertür çikolata&lt;br /&gt;Yapım aşamaları :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bu malzemelerden kakao ve vanilya hariç bir hamur yoğurun.&lt;br /&gt;Dikkat etmeniz gereken nokta ; unu porsiyon porsiyon ilave edin.Daha ele yapışacak kıvamda iken hamuru ikiye bölün.&lt;br /&gt;Böldüğünüz bir hamura un + zencefil karışımı ilave edin ve hamur toparlanana kadar un ilavesine devam edin. Tamamlandığında streç folioya sarıp buzdolabına kaldırın.&lt;br /&gt;Diğer kalan hamura portakal rendesi ve kabuğunu ilave edin.Yoğurun ve un ilavesine hamur toparlanana kadar devam edin.&lt;br /&gt;Fırınınızı 175 C' ye ayarlayıp ısınmaya bırakın. Fırın tepsilerinize 1-2 damla sıvıyağ sürün ve yağlı kağıt serin. Böylece kağıt kaymayacaktır.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Portakallı hamurunuzdan kalıp yardımı ile eşit sayıda büyük ve küçük yıldızlar çıkartın.&lt;br /&gt;Fazla kızartmadan pişirin. Soğumaya bırakın.&lt;br /&gt;Çikolatayı benmari usulü ile eritin. Küçük yıldız kurabiyeleri çikolataya bandırın ve büyük yıldız kurabiyenin üzerine yapıştırın. Üzerini de portakal kabuğu ile süsleyin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Zencefilli kurabiye için buzdolabindaki hamurunuzu çıkarın. Merdane yardımı ile açın ve ister bir kalıp ile ister bir bardak yardımı ile önce yuvarlak daireler kesin.&lt;br /&gt;Sonra ortalarını ister yine kalıp ile veya bir şişe kapağı ile delin ve halkalar oluşturun.&lt;br /&gt;Bu halkalarin üzerine yumurta akı sürün ve dolmalık fıstıkları arzu ettiğiniz şekilde yapıştırın. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Kütük Pastamı; vanilyalı pandispanya, vanilyalı creme ole, damla çikolata ve file bademden oluşturdum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dışını kakaolu kremşanti ile kapladım. Daha sonra pastanın üzerini çatalla bol bol çizdim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Galiba bu pastanın en güzel tarafı da bu hata yapmak serbest :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yaprakların üzerindekiler yabanmersini; Bu pandispanya karışımını yağlı kağıt serili bir midi fırın tepsisine dökün ve spatula ile üstünü düzelttikten sonra önceden 180 derecede ıstılmış fırında 10-12 dakika kadar ( her fırının pişirme hızı farklı olduğu için kontrollü olarak) pişirin.&lt;br /&gt;5.Pişen pandispanyayı fırından alıp, temiz bir mutfak havlusuna, tepsiyi ters çevirin ve 1-2 dakika bekletin.Sonra pandispanyayı, yağlı kağıt ve havlu yardımı ile uzun kenarından hızlı bir şekilde rulo yapın ve havluyu üstüne kapatıp, soğuyuncaya kadar bekleyin.&lt;br /&gt;6.Kreması için çikolatayı benmari yöntemi ile erittikten sonra, krema ile çırpın.&lt;br /&gt;kremadan soğumuş pandispanyanın içine sürün ve parça çikolata ile böğürtleni serptikten sonra rulonuzu sıkıca sarın.Rulonun üstünü de bu krema ile kapladıktan sonra, çatalla ağaç görünümü verin. Ben bu şekilde iki rulo hazırladım. Büyük olmalıydı çünkü pasta, herkes doya doya yemeli idi. Öyle de oldu, hepimize, annemlerde soframızda kardeşim, eşi, yeğenlerim, dört kişi de biz toplam on kişi oluyoruz: hepimize koca koca dilimler düştü. Hatta kızlar fazla geldi diye sabırsızlıkla bekledikleri pastalarını bitiremediler bile. Yine krem şanti kullandım, hem de üç paket, biraz koyu çırptım, araya mandalina, muz ve böğürtlen koydum, dışını bol krema ile sıvayıp, hindistan cevizi ile kapladım. Yoğurt, sıvıyağ ve suyu koyup çırpmaya devam edelim.Kuru malzemeleride eleyip karışıma ekleyerek biraz daha çırpalım. Yağlanmış kalıbımıza koyup pişirelim. Kremayı bir tencereye koyarak ateşe koyalım. Kaynamaya başlamadan ateşten alıp çikolata parçalarını ilave ederek eriyene kadar karıştıralım. Oda ısısında soğutalım. Ara krema için, hazır pasta kremasının paketin arkasındaki tarife göre hazırlayalım. Soğuyan kekimizi üç kat olacak şekilde keselim. Keklerimizi sütle biraz ıslatalım. Ara katlarına pasta kremasını sürüp vişneleri dizelim. bitince bütün pastanın etrafını krema ile sıvayalım. Kabartma tozu, vanilya ve azar azar un eklenir. Unun hepsi konmadan istenilen miktarda hamur ayrılır (ona kakao katılacak). Diğer hamura un konmaya devam edilerek kulak memesi yumuşaklığında ele yapışmayan ama çok da katı olmayan bir hamur haline getirilir. Buzdolabına koyulur. Ayrılan sade hamura kakao ve gerekiyorsa biraz da un katılarak kulak memesi yumuşaklığına getirilir. Buzdolabında her ikisi de yarım saat kadar bekletilir.Fırın 170 C’ye getirilerek çalıştırılır. Merdane ile ½ cm kalınlığında açılarak kalıpla kesilir. Tepsiye dizilir, fırına yollanır ve 15 dk pişirilir. Belki inanmayacaksınız ama bu işe karar verdiğim günden beri heyecan duyuyorum. İlk defa bir etkinliğe ev sahipliği yapıyorum çünkü. Bir sürü konuk ağırlayacağım. Hiçbir şey eksik olsun, hatalı olsun istemiyorum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sevgili Ayşe beni yüreklendirdi ve haydi bakalım başlayalım dedik. Eveet bu kadar ön söz yeter artık di mi :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gelelim etkinliğimizin konusuna. Ay itibariyle konuyu , tabii ki buna uygun olarak, yeni yıl ile ilgili seçtim, eminim birçoğunuz zaten yeni yıla girerken birçok hazırlık yapacaksınız, böylece hem etkinlik için yapılanlar bir işe yaramış olacak hem de yeni yıl için yaptıklarınız etkinliğe yaramış olacak. Biz bu hazırlıkların en tatlısı ile yani pastası ve kurabiyesi ile ilgileneceğiz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yeni yıl dendiğinde, benim için lapa lapa yağan kar, fırında pişen kestane kebap, ocakta kaynayan çay, aile içinde oynanan tombala, türlü emekler verilerek kurulmuş bir sofra, gecenin sonunda ortaya çıkan sürpriz pasta veya tatlı demek, peki ya sizin için ne demek?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bu etkinlikte içinizden ne geliyorsa, bu duygularınızı pastalarınızla ve kurabiyelerinizle ifade edelim dedim. Yeni yılın çoşkusu, eski yılın ve geride bırakılanların hüznü, iyisi ile kötüsü ile, tüm bu duyguların renklerini bir araya getirip renkli renkli kurabiyeler, değişik şekilli ve türde pastalar yapalım istedim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Evet konumuz bu, yeni yıl temalı pasta ve kurabiyeler...Kodu, sağ üst köşede, etkinlik bannerinin altında bulabilirsiniz.
